Problem

The download subdirectory seems to have too much stuff in it.

I try to limit it to the diffs and the most recent tarballs, but this seems to be getting unwieldy.

Solution

I'm thinking about keeping only the most recent diffs there as well.

I'm inclined to put "older" diffs in a subdirectory, perhaps near the other "obsolete" files.
