ntp-4.2.8p15 was released on 23 June 2020. It addresses 1 medium-severity security issue in ntpd, and provides 13 non-security bugfixes over 4.2.8p13.

I am a graduate student at The Pennsylvania State University at University Park. While doing my undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, I became involved with the NTP project and the care and maintenance of the facilities that support NTP at udel. For two and a half years I served as the system administrator and lab caretaker at udel, in addition to duties related to ntp.org. Since leaving the University of Delaware, I have remained a part of the NTP project remotely.
