Updating the Copyright Year

• Edit html/copyright.html
• Edit sntp/include/copyright.def
• In A.whatever run make COPYRIGHT
  • If you do a full make then html/copyright.html will get its "Last Updated" field updated, but that will also update all of the autogen stuff.
• Make a ChangeLog entry
• Check in the changes.

On the nightly roll the other files will be updated.
